Referrals
Parents when your child needs a referral please allow up to 3-7 days depending what the referral is for. If the referral is requested the day of the appointment it may take up to 24-48 hrs for non-emergency.
Parents if you have physical forms or school physicals please call at your earliest convenience to have your child seen; depending on what needs to be filled out it can take up to 3-7 days for the forms to be completed ..
